Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid Platewise plans offered by TRT Digital Info LLC and are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Plans and prices

• Monthly: $7.99 per month.
• Yearly: $49.99 per year.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

2. Free trial

New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. We will send you an email reminder at least 3 days before the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your selected plan starts automatically and you will be charged the plan price when the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per person.

3. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your payment method is charged the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. For yearly plans, we will email you a reminder before each renewal.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime by going to Account, then Subscription, then Cancel, or by emailing contact@tryplatewise.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription is managed and billed by that store, and you must cancel through your store account settings.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to their refund policies.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription prices in the future. We will notify you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and the new price will take effect at your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don’t want to continue.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you to update your payment method. If we cannot collect payment, your access to paid features may be paused until payment is made.
